Vision-Led Consulting

1- Leadership level
Methodology: We start with the decision maker(s) and define a clear vision (growth hypothesis) if none is in place.
We engage in customer discovery, prototyping and hypothesis testing to validate way forward.
Once a clear vision is defined and agreed upon, we move to implementation and ensure success by adopting a holistic approach across three different levels: brand, team, customers.
2- Brand/Offering level
Objective: Ensure Brand Alignment with Vision
Methodology: Once the vision is confirmed and translated into a clear business ambition, we work with the brand team and/or creative agency to ensure that the vision is translated into a single-minded brand idea and a holistic marketing strategy.
We ensure that the brand idea is embedded in the design of the company, its culture and values thereby aligning all brand-impacted resources towards the realization of the vision.
3- Team level
Objective: Ensure Team and Stakeholders Alignment Around Vision
Methodology: Facilitating workshops and internal readiness meetings to involve both senior and junior team members in embracing vision and brand values.
Engage team members in ideation and design to ensure their support and adoption of brand values, reflecting them in every aspect of their work.

We follow a four steps process that starts with defining a clear Vision (growth hypothesis) with top management. Once the vision is validated, we ensure holistic alignment on both the brand and team levels to reach product-market fit and achieve success on the customer level.
4- Customer level
Methodology: Engage in testing, customer journey mapping, mystery shopping, and UX audit to make sure that your customers are getting the end value along all touch-points with the brand and team.
Ensure that UX is steering our offering towards the vision through every interaction that the organization has with its customers.
